DESCRIPTION
One
of the key functions of leadership is to influence outcomes. We can achieve this through
the development and motivation of key players to achieve the organisation's
goals, through initiating change and through the development of plans
and strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
To do so, managers and team leaders must not only be creative in their
role as change managers, they must also be disciplined in themselves
and be able to motivate and inspire others to reach new levels of
achievement while at the same time encouraging teamwork and individual
creativity.
OBJECTIVE
The
objective of this two-day programme is to assist managers and team leaders in adding value to their role as change managers by looking
at new ways to motivate both themselves and others to break new ground,
maintain a positive mental attitude and aspire to greater personal
effectiveness as part of a high performing team.
The programme also looks at ways leaders and managers can release
constraints on their own performance and develop new skills and insights
to achieve the results they want from themselves and their team.
